You will manage several projects concurrently and of different sizes and at different stages, including project budgets, change requests, project plans, issue / risk registers, project progress, and project communication, acting as an advocate for clients, maintaining strong relationships with all departments to ensure successful implementation of the software and delivery of projects within process guidelines.

As such this role is likely to involve foreign travel (subject to government guidelines and travel restrictions) once every couple of months, with the duration of trips expected to be one week at a time.
Working hours are typically 8.30am - 5.30pm and you will be based out of the office in Desborough, this is a hybrid model with a requirement to spend 50% of your month onsite and aligned to business requirements and responsibilities
Significant (min 5 years ) proven project management experience ( Project Mgr/ Project Lead)
Highly effective communicator at all levels, inclusive of presenting projects at Board Level.
Highly effective knowledge of project management methodologies and key drivers to deliver positive project outcomes
Direct budget control in excess of £100k
Capability and evidence of managing third party providers, specifically developers and software agencies
Adaptability to flex into Business Analyst mode as and when required based upon project complexity or simplicity
Clear evidence and demonstrable ability to manage risk and resource prioritisation
Ability to work in a Matrix model
Garment manufacturing experience
A salary of £65,000 plus company benefits
