What's involved in the role
  • Liaising with customers to schedule maintenance / servicing of machines
  • Monitoring and recording of machine hours to ensure regular maintenance of machines is carried out
  • Continually maintains close communication with Field Service Engineers, internal departments, suppliers and customers to keep them advised of the progress of jobs and any outstanding work
  • Communicate with Field Service Engineers to compile and prepare estimates for secondary work reported from services
  • Maintain an organised system of work, ensuring filing and documentation are handled in a timely manner and logically filed
  • Develop and maintain good relationships internally and externally
  • Follow a consistent process to raise sale orders and warranty orders purchase requests
  • Effectively maintains clear and transparent communication
  • Managing stock levels of parts and deliveries
What you will need
  • Ability to demonstrate competencies and skills for the role through warranty parts and service experience in a similar industry
  • Team player
  • Good communicator at all levels
  • Flexible approach to work
  • Ability to use own initiative
  • Able to demonstrate ability to work effectively in a pressurised environment
  • Developed a good commercial acumen
  • Computer literate and can effectively use MS applications
  • Keep up to date on technical skills and knowledge
Hours: Monday - Friday 7:30am-5pm. Occasional requirement for Saturday morning overtime
