The successful candidate will be an experienced HR and ER Advisor with a strong generalist background, comfortable dealing with complex employee relations matters with solid employment law knowledge, an eye for detail, a passion for HR and strong IT and customer service skills.
In this role, you will proactively support our team of Business Partners and clients directly, with the delivery of various HR responsibilities:
o Advise, guide, and manage a variety of employee relations matters, working with managers at various levels
o Support internal Business Partners with key strategic projects
o Support internal Business Partners with organisational development activity
o Manage recruitment campaigns from scoping requirements through to interview and offer
o Work closely with our learning and development team to provide additional value to clients
o Be a point of contact for HR related queries with clients, delivering a proactive and flexible service
o Support business and clients with Employment Law updates
o Creation and maintenance of HR policy and processes
o Provide analysis and commentary for monthly and quarterly HR metric reports for clients
o Ensure best practice and compliance with all company procedures, policies, and legislation
o Build and develop good working relationships with clients
o Support HR Advisor and HR Administrators
The ideal candidate will have significant previous experience and be familiar and comfortable working in a multi-client environment. They will also be a self-directed problem solver with a creative outlook and the ability to communicate with different stakeholders, both internally and externally with proactive confidence.
