You will join us on a full-time, permanent basis and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of £50,000 per annum plus benefits. The Sales Solution Engineer role: The Sales Solution Engineer will work alongside Ruleguard s experienced team of software Sales Executives to help secure deals from both new and existing clients within the banking and capital markets industry - including, investment banks/brokerages, asset and wealth management, custodians, and third-party administrators. The role will be focused on identifying customer business objectives, analysing needs and challenges, and designing the most appropriate solution to address key pain-points. Benefits we offer: 25 days of annual leave increasing by 1 day each year up to 30 days Employer pension scheme Private Health Insurance Medical Cash Plan Income Protection Life Assurance Gym/fitness benefits Flexible working Home workspace equipment allowance Wellbeing and social events Responsibilities of our Sales Solution Engineer include: Work alongside our experienced Sales Team, attend meetings with potential existing clients and new prospects to determine technical and business requirements and ensure that all necessary information is collated prior to producing a solution Analyse and comprehend client business scenarios, data samples, and technical documentation to support productive problem solving and solution design Create and confidently deliver presentations internally and externally Support training on solutions and provide product support to clients and internal stakeholders Prepare and present product demonstrations Identify, evaluate, and recommend proof of concept opportunities Work with the Product Team to provide feedback on issues with current products and input around new products Build productive relationships internally and externally, fostering teamwork by keeping colleagues updated on activities Able to understand business drivers and risks involved to the customer. Support production of accurate and timely sales management information Work with the Sales Team to structure and produce compelling sales proposals/commercial and technical documentation outlining the cost savings and business benefits to clients. What we are looking for in our Sales Solution Engineer: Experience in leading effective demonstration/presentation of software solutions to C-suite executives (preferably in financial services) 5 years of previous experience in a consulting/pre-sales/sales engineer role Strong knowledge and familiarity with general software architecture and inter-operability. Experience in financial markets, preferably regulatory compliance. Knowledge of the Audit, Governance, Risk or Compliance landscape Strong client-facing skills with the ability to present & demonstrate a value-add software solution sale A strategic thinker with good judgment and a practical understanding of the sales process; strong analytical, deduction and research skills Entrepreneurial, energetic, driven to make a difference, resilient and focused and able to use initiative If you are looking for a new challenge, please click apply now to be considered as our Sales Solution Engineer we d love to hear from you
