MEDIATION HANDLER Our established client based in Stanstead Abbotts is recruiting a Mediation Handler to work within their customer service team. As a Mediation Handler, you will provide accurate and efficient service support to our client base and the general public via mediation. The target is to ensure unbiased and impartial support is provided between two parties, whilst ensuring full compliance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, actioned with excellent service standards and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. The role is a full-time position working 9am 5pm/9.30am 5.30pm Monday Friday offering a salary of up to £25,000 depending on experience. Responsibilities include: Consumer dispute resolution via mediation between consumer and retailer Problem Solving Understanding the Consumer Rights Act 2015 Composing emails responding to complaints Delivering positives /Increasing customer satisfaction Compiling reports on trends Ad hoc Tasks As a Mediator, you may be required to undertake other duties or work at additional or other addresses from time to time as we may reasonably require meeting the needs of the business. Skills required: Strong communication and negotiating skills Good at Problem Solving Professional telephone manner Good attention to detail Strong organisational skills Empathetic Articulate Confident to use own initiative and work as part of a team Experience using Microsoft and Google products (Word, Excel etc.) Additional Information: Hours of Work 9am - 5pm/ 9:30am-5:30pm Mon-Fri Holiday entitlement 24 days per year plus bank holidays Company Pension Private Health Care Full Company Membership and benefits
