Large Housing Association requires an IT Project Administrator to provide essential administrative support the IT team. You will assist them in delivering a comprehensive first-class service ensuring the assets are well maintained in line with applicable standards and legislation and providing high standards of quality service and customer satisfaction. You will provide administrative support to facilitate the effective and smooth delivery of planned and responsive IT service to users. Responsibilities: Providing support to the IT team, assisting them to deliver efficient and planned maintenance to the IT services and projects. You will also provide support and be the administrative liaison, assisting with compliance related legislation, industry, and health & safety (H&S). Work with colleagues in ICT, PMO and external contractors to ensure users are kept informed of planned works. Support the IT project team to project manage all aspects of the project including arranging inspections and installations, helping progress wayleaves and civils requests and raising purchase orders (PO s) if needed Deal with all administrative and support tasks associated with the IT team. Provide telephone support, dealing with enquiries from staff, contractors and installers. Update and maintain accurate records of broadband, equipment installations, networks and assets. File associated documentation and photography appropriately. Support the IT teams to manage a quick/urgent installations or remedial works Support IT team members on project work. Use initiative and work independently to resolve issues or problems to support the IT team. Undertake research, gather information, and produce written reports, presentations and spreadsheets as requested. Skills and experience: Experience of developing and running administrative systems and procedures. Highly organised and experience of managing conflicting priorities in a busy office environment. Ability to transfer and interpret data in electronic format. Good attention to detail with ability to examine and check data and costs against agreed schedules. Experience of working with professional systems such as a Purchasing System (e.g., Compleat) Experience of effectively dealing with changing priorities and arrangements, including coordinating the work of others. Excellent presentation and analytical skills. Creative problem solver and solution provider with an interest in residential property development
