International Coordinator Portuguese or Spanish speaking Croydon Perm Role Outline: Additional French or Italian preferred Manage the repatriation service around the world with a sympathetic and efficient understanding of the needs of the customer. Answer phones to respond to customers, general customer enquiries, invoice questions and customer complaints. Project a professional company image through phone interaction. Some weekend and Bank Holiday rotational cover required. Job Role and Responsibilities Speak on the phone with customers with a professional and efficient attitude but with a sympathetic / empathetic and understanding attitude. Input data into computer system and use this system to identify, research, resolve customer issues, manage cases. Communicate with customers to identify, research and resolve all queries and issues. Up sell products and services. Transfer customer calls to appropriate staff where necessary. Ensure data / information is correctly inputted into the system and all required fields are populated. Research billing issues and refer to appropriate department. Promote the company at exhibitions, chamber meetings, visits to Government offices and networking. Gather information for International Regulations and Company Bible. Updating daily Call Centre. Make recommendations for process improvements. Viewing deceased and taking photos where required, prior to transportation. Meet with families face to face. External visits to Government offices when required. In addition to the duties set out above you may at any time or from time to time be required to undertake additional or other duties as necessary to meet the needs of the business Key Skills and Qualifications Strong communication skills including empathetic approach. Must be fluent both written & spoken in language requested & English with experience in dealing with people of different cultures. Natural ability to build and maintain relationships with colleagues, suppliers and customers. Ability to instil confidence in customer s eyes. Enthusiastic and self-motivated with a can-do attitude. Computer literate. Excellent attention to detail. Flexibility with working hours and cover. Ability to work under pressure and to set and prioritise tasks and deadlines. Excellent command of the English language - written and spoken
