Inbound Contact Centre Advisor

We are looking for motivated and engaging Contact Centre Advisors to join our expanding Contact Centre team. Are you passionate about great customer service and looking for a role that provides great work-life balance?

Our Contact Centre has embraced hybrid working which means we are offering contracts which have the flexibility to work in the office and at home, but we do also offer purely office-based contracts - with fantastic flexibility, the choice is yours!

Contracts available

30 hours per week

You will work 5 x 6 hour shifts per week

37.5 hours per week

You will work 5 x 7.5 hour shifts per week

These roles can either be Monday to Saturday or Sunday to Friday. We can discuss your preferred shift at interview but it will be allocated across our opening hours of:

  • Monday to Friday 08:00 to 18:30
  • Saturday 08:00 to 18:00
  • Sunday 10:00 to 18:00

Hybrid workers will have to complete a minimum of 4 weeks in the office prior to going to home. You will then work at least one full week from the office every 4 weeks, on a rolling basis.

What's in the role and what are we looking for?

You will receive inbound calls directly from our customers looking to place orders or ask questions about our products. We are looking for individuals who are great listeners, confident and motivated with a positive attitude.

Fluency in spoken and written English is a must, as are basic keyboards skills. Experience in a customer service or administrative role is beneficial, but not essential.

As we are so passionate about our products, service and heritage, we ensure our training covers every part of our journey and the customers. Therefore, you will spend the first couple of weeks training at our Contact Centre offices in Altrincham, you will train with other new starters, get to meet your colleagues and our Contact Centre management team. Full details will be discussed at interview.

We offer extensive training for these roles which will run:

  • Tuesday 11th October - Friday 14th October 2022

We provide all equipment for home workers, all we ask is you have a reliable and stable internet connection.
