Your new role as HR Co-ordinator: You'll be a key member of the Group's HR department, providing support in all aspects of the employment life cycle. Key responsibilities of the HR Co-ordinator involve: Assist with recruitment requirements, including pre-screening candidates reporting and monitoring applications, assisting with interviews and communicating with candidates throughout the process Oversee onboarding process including HR induction Finalising job offers and manage & issue the correct documentation Review probation period documentation and hold review meetings Monitoring and reporting absence levels and facilitate welfare review meetings Attend meetings, support line managers with HR best practice and record meeting minutes Receive and process HR paperwork ensure all HR records remain confidential and are accurately maintained. Other duties as required and within the HR remit and capabilities. About you: The ideal candidate will have experience working in an Administration, HR or shared services department and hold a CIPD or working towards the qualification. Key attributes include: Excellent communication skills and works well with people at all levels Relationship management comes natural to you, you'll liaise effectively with line managers, forming a strong sense of teamwork You'll have the experience to deliver in all aspects of the employment life cycle Problem solving skills & excellent attention to detail Proactive HR co-ordinator who is able to prioritise and manage your workload Awareness of HR policies and procedures.
