A leading organisation based in Birmingham are looking for a Permanent Customer Service Advisor to join their team, helping to deliver great Customer Service. This role will be working in their central office, in a fast paced environment with a large customer service hub. Job Title: Customer Service Advisor Location: Birmingham (office based) Working Hours: Monday to Friday (Between the hours of 8am to 6:15pm) Contract type: Permanent Salary: £23,713per annum As a Customer Service Advisor working in this organisation, you will be: Answering a high volume of inbound, first point of contact calls Taking ownership for providing customers with first time resolutions Support in responding to customer contact via email, letter, social media etc Liaising with different colleagues to collaborate and ensure an efficient process.
