TRC is partnering with a company to build their 1st Shift Customer Service Associate team in the Dunwoody, GA area.
Customer Service Associate
We are looking for individuals who have exceptional customer service skills.
Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm
One Saturday or Sunday per week (Remote) WITH pay differentials (Up to $5 more per hour)
What's in it for you?
Temporary to hire! Full time hours
This is a 24/7 Emergency Response Call Center. Positions require candidates to be comfortable working in a 24/7 environment including working weekends and holidays.
Overtime often available
$20 per hour with differentials for 2nd shift, 3rd shift, and weekends
Will be required to work Saturday or Sunday with pay increases to $4.00 more per hour (Saturday) and $5.00 per hour (Sunday) for shifts that are part of regular 40-hour week
Provide courteous, friendly, helpful, and efficient service to external and internal customers placing or inquiring about service requests
Contact customers and communicate details of service request
Gather complete and accurate information as emergency contacts for customers
