We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Premium Finance Development Executive to join us in our central services team. If you have a background in sales and enjoy a fast-paced environment Aston Lark may be the place for you. Working within an established team you will be based remotely but should be within commutable distance of an Aston Lark office. You will be out on the road a couple of days a week meeting colleagues across the whole business. We are looking for a driven, personable, self-motivated individual for this role. You will be working within our Central Services team and will have responsibility to deliver a high level of service to our employees. You will enjoy building relationships with colleagues throughout the Howden Group and have an understanding of our business operations, opportunities and risks and their approach to risk management and insurance. What you will be doing: Utilise all leads provided to you by the company and develop new and efficient ways to increase the finance volume and income Manage key relationships that are assigned Arrange and attend meetings Attend networking events Offer and present finance solutions with purpose to secure renewal and/or new business. Prioritise, manage and handle workload efficiently and accurately. To assist in team performance by regular communication with colleagues and manager to establish and raise concerns and provide solutions. To ensure compliance with local procedures, customer service standards and external compliance regulations, e.g. FCA You need to bring with you: Ideally a minimum of 2 years' experience in providing specialist advice in the insurance or premium finance market. A demonstrable experience in an internal sales role, business development or lead generation is essential Excellent communication skills both written and verbal Experience in generating new business from scratch A proven track record of technical ability, sales and client relationship management Accuracy and attention to detail. Ability to process work quickly and efficiently, prioritise work and meet deadlines. Excellent client service skills. Good negotiation and inter-personal skills Ability to gather and analyse information from the client, be able to identify and respond appropriately to an individual client's level of understanding and to persuade and influence others We can offer you: Competitive salaries with regular pay reviews and company bonus scheme.
