Associate Regional Director As an Associate Regional Director, you will play an integral part in growing the engineering and manufacturing membership program You will be part of one of the fastest-growing manufacturing and engineering membership groups in the UK, supporting its members across a diverse range of business challenges, providing industry insights, best practices, and, collaborative working opportunities, between members. Having established a strong presence within the Midlands region they are now seeking an Associate Regional Director in the Midlands area to support and grow their membership retention, community engagement, and acquisition of sales, to create and sustain the planned growth in membership, sponsorship/income. The Marketing and Digital Growth Manager position is offering a competitive salary of up to £35,000 per annum pluses bonuses (Circa £60k per annum). Membership Development responsibilities of an Associate Regional Director Take a lead role in growing the manufacturing and engineering company membership program. Sell individual and group membership through online meetings and face to face meetings and telephone calls; Create and nurture a pipeline of potential members, to ensure the continued growth of membership; Communicate with members and potential members to recruit individual or group company members and add package value to the membership proposition.Engagement responsibilities of an Associate Regional Director Community Engagement & Development Take the Lead role in onboarding and engaging members/prospective members to ensure increased retention of the Midlands region; Stimulating and engendering a knowledge-sharing and problem-solving environment, actively connecting members and creating connecting opportunities; Active participation in meetings with other bodies and influencing members to think outside of their own community, creating synergic relationships between other UK regions and other relevant groups; Identifying opportunities to improve member satisfaction, and thinking cross regionally, with a key focus on Membership Development;Management responsibilities of an Associate Regional Director To deputise for the Regional Director when needed, speak at events and facilitate roundtable or chair discussion groups between manufacturing members. Manage the CRM system data in relation to the target membership pipeline; Spreading best practice throughout the office & ensuring Best practice in engagement and membership is shared across the business.Measures of success Membership growth (recruitment and retention) Community engagement & delivering community KPIsSalary and benefits Up to £35,000 (negotiable) per annum + bonus, OTE - Circa £60k per annum Location - Midlands Person Specification Strong track record of sales and account management from a business-to-business context, ideally in professional services or not for profit environment Ability to develop good working relationships with internal and external customers Knowledge of niche manufacturing environments Relevant business background demonstrating commercial awareness Good knowledge of the regional, national and international economic and political climate Comfortable in dealing with the media (specific media training will be provided) Comfortable using social media platforms to promote the regional and national activities for the benefit of members but also to attract interest from non-members IT literate and willingness to learn new systems - adept on CRM platforms Willingness to perform most of your own administrative work Excellent oral and written communication skills Full driving license If you feel that you are suitable for this position then please press apply and submit your CV
