The Role Our client s Asset Finance practice represents organisations from a broad spectrum of industries, and are involved in the financing of an extensive range of transactions for lessees and lessors, borrowers and lenders, private and public companies, manufacturers, underwriters and governmental agencies. Due to the development and expansion of the firm s Asset Finance practice, it is now seeking to appoint two 1 to 7 year PQE associates to bolster its well-established platform. The ideal candidate will have extensive transactional law experience from a transportation perspective (M&A, general corporate, finance, etc.) coupled with strong oral and written communication skills, plus the ability to work effectively as part of a team or independently in a fast-paced environment. Applicants must be admitted in Dallas or taking steps to achieve admission. The team s expertise has its base in aviation finance. However, the practice extends well beyond this sector, and they are considered industry leaders in many other types of transportation financing, including railcar, maritime and other transportation assets, healthcare, energy, computer software/hardware, and manufacturing/construction equipment. Furthermore, the scope of their transportation finance practice often includes related practice areas such as asset securitization and capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, aviation regulation, and structured/project finance The firm is based in Dallas and the location is easily commutable from the surrounding boroughs.
