Dealerware has an immediate, full-time opportunity for an Agile Program Manager to help us transform the way car dealers and manufacturers think about products and profits. We're looking for someone with professional experience in leading complex programs, creation of agile-at-scale processes, and managing roadmaps in accordance with time and resource constraints. This newly created role is based on the explosive growth of Dealerware and reports directly to the Director of Agile Programs.

As an Agile Program Manager, you will:
Manage and lead strategic and complex programs using Agile methodologies working across multiple teams and/or departments
Coordinate release schedules partnering with product managers, scrum masters, as well as technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure program delivery
Act as the point of escalation for risks, issues, and obstacles, ensuring action items are clearly defined, assigned to owners, and driven to resolution in a timely manner
Plan and facilitate collaborative sessions to help set realistic expectations for cross-team projects
Plan and facilitate project meetings to align project team to methods and goals and to track project tasks
Monitor task completion identifying any tasks that may be at risk and develop mitigation plans
Comfortably and confidently communicate schedule and project updates to all levels within the organization
Prepares agendas, meetings notes and project summaries
Promote and encourage collaboration and transparency and build trusting relationships between business, product development, and other entities within the organization
Support product managers in visualizing the roadmap, measuring and being able to articulate product value as well as prioritization of the backlog

Required qualifications:
5+ years of engineering experience
3+ years of technical project/program management experience working directly with engineering teams
3+ years experience project managing in an agile environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong sense of ownership, urgency, and drive
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent combination of technical education and work experience.
Track record of delivering complex cross-functional software projects, preferably within a scaled agile environment
Certified Scrum Master or other Agile certification
Experiencing with JIRA and Confluence
Experience developing crisp program status dashboards and reports and presenting to high-level leaders and large groups
